Freestyle focuses on leg attacks, exposure, and transitions. Greco-Roman emphasizes upper-body control, position, and powerful finishes.

What membership do we need? ⌄
All athletes must have a USA Wrestling “Full Athlete” card before participating (insurance + sanctioning).
Purchase at www.usawmembership.com, then keep the athlete’s USAW number/card handy.
What should my wrestler bring? ⌄
Athletic shirt/shorts, clean wrestling shoes (or clean court shoes), and a water bottle. Headgear is optional.
How do payments work? ⌄
The Spring season cost is $40 per athlete.
